Job Description
The Vice President of Capital Markets is a critical role for the organization. This individual will be responsible for managing relationships with a focus on selling deals and driving growth. The position will report to the National Sales Manager.
Qualifications
- 3+ year’s capital markets experience
- Background in selling and buying lease transactions with an emphasis on selling
- Experience pricing and structuring FMV true leases
- History of successfully funding $30MM+ annually
- Demonstrate selling proficiency with urgency to increase sales volume
- Successful experience with sales processes and management reporting
- Working knowledge of SalesForce and SuperTrump
- Self-starter with accountability to be responsible for exceeding targets
- BS degree, strongly preferred Finance degree
Duties and Responsibilities
- Sell transactions that generate fee income
- Buy transactions for our portfolio
- Maintain a focus on relationships to ensure visibility in the market
- Book new business to increase revenue
- Represent the ATEL brand with professionalism and integrity
- Update contacts and opportunities in the corporate CRM
- Actively participate with leadership on market ideas and expansion opportunities
- Communicate with all departments on opportunity details
