ATEL Investor Services provides information and account assistance to existing unit holders and their Registered Representatives.
Our Investor Website allows investors to access a number of features offered on the site including: access to recent distribution information and printable current year Schedule K1 tax forms.
2011 Schedule K-1 and Tax Forms:
The 2011 Schedule K-1 tax forms will be mailed and also available on the website by March 15, 2012. If you have misplaced your Investor ID or Password please call ATEL Investor Services for assistance at 800-543-2835 ext. 3.
ATEL Investor Services can:
- Provide answers to questions about your existing account.
- Provide assistance to investors wishing to make changes to an account; such as address changes and changes to distribution destinations.*
- Provide requirements and forms to re-register or transfer units on an existing account.**
* Requests must be received by the 10th of the month in order to process request for current month's distribution.
** Re-registrations and transfers are processed on a monthly basis only. All required documentation and signatures must be submitted by the last day of the prior month for an effective date of the first of the following month.
