ATEL Investor Services provides information and account assistance to existing unit holders and their Registered Representatives.

Our Investor Website allows investors to access a number of features offered on the site including: access to recent distribution information and printable current year Schedule K1 tax forms. If you have not already received a user id and password for the site, you will be receiving these shortly.

ATEL Investor Services can:

• Provide answers to questions about your existing account.
  
  
• Provide assistance to investors wishing to make changes to an account; such as address changes and changes to distribution destinations.*
  
  
• Provide requirements and forms to re-register or transfer units on an existing account.**

* Requests must be received by the 10th of the month in order to process request for current month's distribution.

** Re-registrations and transfers are processed on a monthly basis only. All required documentation and signatures must be submitted by the last day of the prior month for an effective date of the first of the following month.
